INVESTIKA – owner of the Face2Face Business Campus development

We are a Czech investment company licensed by the Czech National Bank to manage and administer investment funds, as well as to provide investment services. We focus mainly on investments in property assets in the Czech Republic and Central Europe. We offer investors the opportunity to benefit from the professional approach and long-term experience of our team.

INVESTIKA was established in 2015. However, the members of the team behind its creation and many years of successful operation have experience of working in the financial market dating back to the 1990s.

They have worked at renowned institutions such as: HSBC Bank, Českáspořitelna, ČSOB, Všeobecnáúvěrovábanka, Knight Frank, they gained extensive knowledge of securities trading, the functioning of capital markets, investment consultancy and M&A financing. In the end, they decided to put their knowledge to good use by founding a company with the vision of making understandable investments available to the public.

OUR HISTORY

In September 2015, we launched our flagship product in the area of collective investment: the INVESTIKA realitífond, an open-ended investment fund focusing on commercial properties. This fund is today the largest non-bank property fund in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

In 2018, we also established our first qualified investor fund, DYNAMIKA, which aims to finance unique development projects. One example is MOLO Lipno Resort, whose completed residential part has won several prestigious awards.

The year 2021 brought the first two acquisitions of the INVESTIKA property fund abroad and thus became an important milestone in its future expansion. The number of clients of our company exceeded 50,000 at the end of 2021.

In 2022, through further domestic and foreign acquisitions, the INVESTIKA property fund advanced to become the largest non-bank commercial property fund in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

On 1 September 2022, a new fund, MONETIKA, joined the INVESTIKA family of funds as an excellent alternative to bank savings accounts.

By the end of 2022, our company’s fund capital exceeded 17 billion crowns and the number of clients exceeded 61,000.
